Orders cannot be altered or canceled after purchase. No exceptions.
There are absolutely No Returns for any reason. No exceptions. Sale items, jewelry, handbags, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, intimate wear and lingerie are FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions.
Our exchange policy lasts 72 hours after purchase. You can exchange or receive store credit to apply towards another item of equal or greater value. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, dry cleaned, etc and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Any smoke smells, makeup residue will result in a denied exchange/store credit. All items are carefully inspected and packaged, so that there is almost no chance of damages. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges items that do not pass inspection for resell.

To complete your excahnge, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a request sent to email@example.com to obtain an authorization number. Once received we will send an email to let you know that it was accepted.
All items are shipped First Class or Priority Mail and a Signature is REQUIRED for all purchases.
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. If your purchase is during sale/holiday season, please allow up to 72 hours to process before receiving a tracking number. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
